Enquiry data, retention and choices
We collect the name, phone number and message you provide through our enquiry form. When you call our tracking numbers we also collect your phone number, call details and any voicemail recording and transcript you leave. Callers hear a recording notice, and voicemail is recorded and transcribed by our phone provider.
We use these details to handle your enquiry and, with your consent, connect you with an independent local business. This site stores enquiries without automatic email or SMS notifications.
We keep enquiry details while your request is active and for any further period required by law. We review them for deletion when they are no longer needed.
